The HSAF-1 (also listed as ASP100) is a semi-automatic aseptic filler for bag-in-box bags from 1 to 25 L. It suits tea, fruit juice, NFC juice, dairy and other products that need a high level of asepsis.
How the HSAF-1 works
- The operator places a pre-sterilized bag on the filling head.
- Inside the aseptic chamber, the machine removes the cap, fills the bag and puts the cap back.
- The operator takes off the filled bag and loads the next one.
Because uncapping, filling and recapping all happen inside the aseptic chamber, the product is not exposed to open air at the spout.

Is the HSAF-1 the right model?
